A young female vendor attends a horror convention after suffering a terrible personal tragedy. Tormented and addicted to pain pills, she can barely endure returning to a place that strains her once joyous memories through a filter of loneliness, heartache and despair. Soon, she’s pursued by a mysterious celebrity author who happens to collect vials of blood for autographs and who may be able to offer her one final chance at a future–one that could change everything she knows about being alive.
Shot during live conventions and in public spaces, HorrorCon spins a desperate tale of survival in a time of monsters–both real and imagined.

Scott grew up under the dark pines of southern New Jersey. Distant neighbors meant long days imagining tortured characters in tumultuous conflicts. Soon it was off to Syracuse University to study television, radio and film and polish his compelling visions to life.
A stint in Los Angeles, two books, a dozen screenplays and one feature film later his quest continues. Now living in Philadelphia, Scott splits his time between crafting ambitious narratives and pursuing a singer-songerwriter career, hoping to one day combine both passions into a single project. Until then, he’s happy to switch hats as his muse dictates.
