I grew up in China, where much of my childhood was shaped by Japanese anime and Disney animated films. They not only established my aesthetic view but also inspired me to draw everything I wanted.
I studied Computer Animation at Ringling College of Art and Design, where I received professional training and gained a deeper understanding of the full animation pipeline, from story development and visual design to modeling, rigging, and animation. Studying at Ringling has also helped me connect with the industry and collaborate with peers who share my passion for animation.
Through my studies, I also realized that animation can be applied in many areas beyond traditional media, including video games and even medicine. Moving forward, I want to keep working in animation and continue creating meaningful work that resonates with people and reflects my unique voice.
