Shark River is an art house nod to 1970s road films. The movie tracks a young couple making their way to New Jersey after an ill-fated trip north to marry. Along the way they are guided by an anonymous radio DJ who provides scraps of information as well as a playlist for them to drive to as they stare down the possible collapse of the American Dream, and their life as they know it.

Director’s bio:
Rob is the director of Rucksack Films’ second feature film, Shark River. Prior to this, the Jersey Shore company produced The Dirty Thirty, which premiered in Asbury Park, NJ in the summer of 2016 and was distributed by Peak Digital.
