Director’s bio:

Kristin is a director and writer based in NYC whose storytelling is deeply influenced by her background in science and medicine. Currently pursuing an MD-PhD at Columbia University after a master’s and undergraduate degree in neuroscience, she brings a unique perspective to her work exploring the intricacies of the human condition.

After a life-altering health event early in medical school, Kristin became captivated by the natural fears of death and the human instinct to cope through legacy. These themes underpin her creative vision, inspiring reflective narratives.

A lifelong performer, she transitioned to writing and directing in 2024, drawing inspiration from the timeless styles of films she cherished growing up. Her passion for nature and animals further shapes her storytelling, infusing her work with empathy and humility.
