Born in St. Petersburg, Russia; Anna immigrated to Israel and ultimately moved on to America. Oliker holds a B.A. in communications from Boston University and a J.D. from Yeshiva University’s Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. She completed the Screenwriting program at the Ma’ale School for Film and Television in Jerusalem in 2017. From 1999 to 2015, Oliker served as the Director and Legislative Advisor of Yisrael Beytenu Knesset Faction. Her first film, “The Unrecognized”, premiered at the Jerusalem Film Festival 2019 as part of the Van Leer Competition
Ana currently lives in Jerusalem with her five children.
