Chef Brando Moros describes his journey from the cobbled streets of Colombia to the towering skyscrapers of Dubai, where he found his passion and his purpose in the culinary arts. Drawing inspiration from his father, who was a singer and an artist, Brando’s canvas is the palate, and his brush – the flame. Having to overcome obstacles in a new country and in an unfamiliar language, Brando nevertheless discovered a passion rooted in his hometown – a passion for cooking, for delivering unique experiences, and for bringing people together around a fire and with a delicious meal.
