MICHAEL FURNO is an Emmy award-winning writer, director, and producer, who has worked credited and uncredited on hundreds of movies, broadcast, and streaming programming, branded content, and commercials. He founded Revolution Earth Productions with the late, great Danny Aiello, which included award-winning documentary films Shorty and 4Chosen, and the critically acclaimed graphic novel Minions of Ka.
Furno has served as Senior Director of Production and Development for Major League Baseball for the past 18 years. He has been a leader and collaborator on projects featuring the world’s top brands, celebrities, and athletes including Apple, Google, Will Ferrell, Paul Rudd, LeBron James, and Derek Jeter. In addition to MLB and its partners, Furno Executive Produced the 14th – 16th annual Webby Awards. He Executive Produced and Directed IBM’s Mobile First Enterprise Global Launch as well as co-created, and Executive Produced the hit celebrity talk show Express Written Consent.
Career highlights include working with Kermit the Frog, having a burger named after him, and being the question to a Jeopardy! answer.
