A few years ago I found myself getting closer to Judaism, I did everything necessary to move forward or at least feel that way. Many times I took things others determined for me, until I realized – Only I, myself, knows what is good for me, and that it is okay to find out, and search for myself. To this day I am looking. This gap between the holy and the profane, between creation and freedom and boundaries, between the outside and the inside, between what we wear and what is inside… is a whole world; and I think that’s where I created Odelle; a character who is constantly moving between the desire to break boundaries and the desire to stay in a familiar and known place.
