Directors Statement:

Sometimes a story boils up inside of me until it must be released. After visiting Mauthausen concentration camp…one that a man I knew had been liberated from in 1945 – I knew I wanted to tell this story. With reparations being in the news due to elections, the theme grew and became a story of friendship, healing, and secrets. Two very different people finding some sort of commonality. I was thrilled to work with our cast and crew to bring this intimate story alive. I’m especially proud of the post production work done with our editor, and post production team including, the amazing illustrator; who brought our main character’s memory to life.
